Mustang Data Management formed by the teaming up of PJ Caraher and Zach Holobowski. Though PJ and Zach initially shared a passion for baseball, they soon discovered that their shared passions also expanded to technology and its application to the business world.

PJ Caraher's experience spans over two decades in the technology field. Having delivered many software products of various sizes and scopes, PJ understands what it takes to bring your product to market. With a bachelors degree in Economics to supplement his graduate engineering degree, PJ understands that technology works best when it works to suit your business needs.

Zach Holobowski, Co-Founder and Vice President

Zach Holobowski's educational and professional experience correlates directly with Mustang Data Management's ability to provide a truly customized solution for your business need. With a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's degree in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, Zach fully understands the relationship between your business need and the engineering of a solution to meet the need.

Zach has enjoyed the unique opportunity of working with both large, medium, and small-sized businesses. His professional experience includes employment with the Fortune 500 companies Citigroup and Wells Fargo, finance and technology consulting with metal enclosure contractor Crown Corr, Inc., and the creation and operation of a small business, The Academic Pointe, which offers local tutoring and instruction services for students of all ages.
